Neptune Beach Resort Bamburi, Bamburi

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The location is stunning with direct beach access, and the serene atmosphere under the palm trees was blissful. The rooms were clean and provided a lovely view, although I did notice some areas could use more attention. Service was exceptional; the staff went out of their way to be helpful. On the downside, I found some minor cleanliness issues in the room, and the dining options could be more varied. Overall, it's a great value for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel boasts a stunning beachfront location and a lovely quiet pool, making it ideal for relaxation. The staff, especially Lydia at reception, exemplified excellent customer service which helped offset some shortcomings in communication from the management team. The food, however, left much to be desired, with limited variety and a subpar dining experience overall. With a few changes, particularly in entertainment and dining, this place could really shine.

I had an amazing stay at Neptune Beach Resort! The staff truly made my experience memorable with their attentive service. The pool area was cleaned daily and lovely to relax in, and I enjoyed the little troop of monkeys playing around the grounds. However, the limited dining options could use some improvement, especially on my last day when the fresh fruit selection was not as abundant. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway, though some amenities could be enhanced.
